Enviromon releases new web site to provide first-class communication to customers and partners.

Windsor, Ontario - Enviromon.net released its newly revamped web site which is intended to improve the customer experience.
In response to customer feedback, the new site provides more customer and partner interaction including improved navigation to product information, support forums and valuable resources. The new site provides better access to live on-line demonstrations of the products which give the customer the ability to test drive the product prior to purchasing.
"We have found a great number of customers that visit the web site are interested in knowing if the product will work well in their environment," said Eric Lamoureux, President of Netmon Inc., the parent company of Envirmon.net. "Our efforts are intended to help educate potential customers so that they can make an informed decision on envirmonmental monitoring products as it applies to their specific needs."
Also new to the Enviromon website are Customer Support and Partner Portals. These additions were a long awaited benefit to customers of all Enviromon products as well as the important reseller channels. Current Customers now have a centralized area for important updates to products, user guides and firmware. Resellers also have a standard location to receive pricing changes and product pamphlets for improving their marketing intiatives.
